1. Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
140g good-quality chocolate, broken into pieces
100ml cream
200ml cream, whipped to stiff peaks
Instructions:
1. In a bowl over simmering water, melt the chocolate with the cream, stirring frequently until smooth.
2. While the chocolate mixture is melting, whip the remaining cream to stiff peaks.
3. Once the chocolate mixture is fully melted and cooled, combine it with the whipped cream and whip to soft peaks.
4. Spoon into 4 small bowls or glasses and chill until serving.
